Brackley are in cup action this weekend as they take a trip to just past Warwick to face Claverdon in the RFU Junior Vase.

Whilst they were disappointed with the loss to Mens Own last week, there were plenty of positives to take from the game. One of the bright points from last weekend was the performance of the Development team showing the strength in depth and competition for places in the squad this season.

The hosts on Saturday play their rugby in the Midlands 4 West (South) Division, which they finished 4th in last year. Claverdon had an ideal start to the season as they beat Pershore 22-15 at home last week, in what was a tightly contested game.

The game kicks off at 3pm, so it will be great to have some travelling support there to cheer the lads on in what will no doubt be a tough matchup, post code for the ground is CV35 8HN. Also on the Sunday morning we will be showing both the Ireland vs Scotland and England vs Tonga World Cup games on the big screen.
