Brackley travel to Bedford to take on Kempston on Saturday in a rearranged league fixture from before Christmas.
Last week Brackley came away from a windy and bruising encounter at bottom placed Thorney with a close 7-3 win. Their defence was what won the game for them as several try scoring opportunities were wasted. This match against Kempston gives Brackley a great chance to narrow the gap to the teams above them as they currently sit in sixth.
After struggling in their first year back in the league last season, Kempston have been an improved outfit this year. They currently sit in 10th just a point behind Wellingborough O.G's with two games in hand. When Brackley faced Kempston last year, they recorded two comfortable wins but know this year the match up will be a lot tighter.
The match kicks off at 14:15 at the Army Barracks in Bedford, so if you are coming to cheer the lads on, please let us know on social media and bring photo ID to the game.
